Dr Philip Wander

Philip Wander BDS, MGDSRCS, FFHom(Hon).

Phil is best known - both in the U.K. and internationally - for his extensive articles as well as his textbook on Clinical Dental Photography - a topic on which he has lectured extensively.

His recent series of articles on Dental Photography was published in "Dental Practice" and in 2009 he was voted as the 8th most influential dentist in the UK in a poll in the publication "Dentistry"

He qualified from the University of Liverpool in 1966 and obtained his MGDS from the Royal College of Surgeons in London in 1980.

He also lectures on Complementary therapies in Dentistry and recently obtained a Fellowship in Homeopathy from the Faculty of Homeopathy in London.

He is a clinical trialist and advisor to Dental Companies such as Septodont, Ivoclar Vivodent ,Dentsply, 3M, Colgate and Molar Ltd.

Phil is a consultant to a number of General dental practices in Manchester, both NHS and Private using his over 40 years of experience to help dentists market, build and promote their practices using dental photography in their day to day practice.

Phil will through practice visitations, help you to develop communication skills and improve the practice image using the state of the art website, and show how to introduce "cosmetic imaging" to involve patients and increase uptake of treatment.
